Would be nice to have some minor passive stats on those skill-only nodes.
Or, now to provoke, even something like +1 to all skills or +1 to several dedicated classes to the final node of top tier constellations.
So i can choose not to use a skill, but profit at least from the passives.

Oh man, new meta! Tier 1 devotion proc stacking for +skills. Could you imagine having like +10 skills to one of your 2 class choices. Don’t bother binding all the procs, no need.
I am gonna go out on a limb here and say this would be BaF…
That game is called Titan quest… where you can get +14 to all your skills
In a game with overall less skills and only four ultimate ranks.
