I just dropped the Advesary 2-handed rifle, nice gun, has Trick shot skill,which then has main hand and offhand damage, seems odd for a 2handed rifle.

Do you have 2 weapons equipped when looking at it?
Skill tooltips update dynamically based on equipped weapons.
