Hi everyone! I’d like to hear some suggestions about what could be my next char. I actually have a level 100 Blitz Warlord which I use for farming in SR 26-27.
My preferences about game styles are builds with a cool AoE skill (like Primal Strike) and tanky enough to do SR 26-27 and, if possible, kill Mogdrogen (I’d like to get his shoulderguards). It can be melee fighter or some spell caster (I thought about an acid retaliation Sentinel which I’d level with DEE but I’m not sure if his endgame style fits my preferences).
Any suggestion would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!
Welcome to game and forum. Not exactly very narrowing criteria. How much gear do you have as well; some builds require sets which can be frustrating to acquire if you don’t have the blueprint yet. Here are some builds that are fun:
Belgo Blademaster. Tanky and strong damage, especially single target. Destroys in SR, Mog fight is doable.
Primal Strike warder. Great AoE at the cost of single target. Basically un-killable if built right.
Darkblaze Pyromancer. Good AoE and single target damage, a bit glassy if not built right.
Thank you for your quick response I have been farming in SR for about a week already and I have plenty of legendary items. For example I have already 4 pieces of Ultos or 2 of Belgothian sets, but I didn’t got the helm recipe yet to craft and transmute the last parts
I’ll check in detail those builds and look for some videos in youtube while I keep farming for legendaries.
Since the target is to kill superboss, I think pets build is the safest option while slow. Something like Beastcaller set or the Ghol set which currently is my favorite pet sets
Finally I killed Mogdrogen and Ravager of Flesh with a pet Conjurer, however the second one was a very hard fight, so I will still work a bit more before trying Callagadra.
The build is cool but I miss those AoE clearing effects I love, so after watching a lot of youtube videos about builds I’d like to build an Ultos (like suggested before) or Ludrigan one (loving all those lightning effects). I think I have all the legendaries needed for both builds. Anyone who has tried both could tell me which one feels funnier?

Ultos/primal strike is just your melee bonk with lots of zappy effects, if you like bonking playstyle and zappy effects this is your boi
Ludrigan, imo, is more “entertaining”; but that’s because it takes a spin on an otherwise semi boring skill(“to me”) in Panetti, and makes it a cooldown skill with “nuke”/fat dot instead. So you’re a CD caster, with lots of zappy effects (cooldown doesn’t mean standing around doing nothing, you’re just spamming different casts instead/have lots of spells to toss)
And ofc because it feels sorta OP/more OP in terms of survival while still carrying fatass damadz it’s then a lil row of things on the list that make me like Ludrigan slightly more
Doesn’t mean Primal Strike is bad, like i said, if you like bonk gameplay this is definitely the thing that satisfies a lot, Primal Strike is nothing if not at the very least FX/visually satisfying af
Ultos is pretty straighforward, especially if you go with spam Primal Strike. Ludrigan on the other hand is a pretty fun set focusing on dot, a bit of problem with sustain, so hp regen devotion must be taken
Shaman + Arcanist with totem, PRM and Seal of Skies as filler between PRM
Shaman + Inquisitor with totem and Savagery from Exonerator, it can also reach 20/10 on both Chilling Round and Storm Spread for 50% wps
