Advice before bug report. To do with bounties

Hello,

Before I could access the bounty table I ran into “Halion, the rat” and kill him, his gang and the rat. Upon finishing the Cronley quest I found I could accept bounties from the devil’s crossing bounty table. Halion is already dead, he hasn’t respawned and now I can’t close that bounty, as such I can’t accept anymore.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice before I put in a bug report. Thanks.

Just exit the main menu, and go to where halion spawn and kill him again. If the target is already dead when you pick bounty, the only way to finish that bounty is by restarting the current game
