Advice on a PRM build

Hi folks. I have this idea (or maybe I’ve seen it here before) for a face-tanking PRM build - probably battlemage sword and board. The problem is that I can’t seem to figure out what other active skill to pair with PRM; it seems to handle both single-target and aoe damage well. If I only take PRM, that limits the usefulness of offensive devotions (I’m thinking Spear of the Heavens for this build).

Would anyone care to provide a critique? Or perhaps some inside knowledge on whether Spear/PRM is terrible in Elite/Ultimate?

Thanks! I think this is the build I was thinking of (I remember “Lazy face tank”) but for some reason had difficulty finding it in the forums.
