Aether Crystals aren't dropping

Can’t farm Aether Crystals because they aren’t dropping.

Your level is too high. Can be max. 10 levels or so more than area level
For example in Warden’s Lab on Normal you can only farm crystals till level 40
because this area scales up to level 30

Silly is the fact, that game or guide doesn’t inform us about it.
