Iam Tinkering around an Aether Primal Strike Reset build. Problem: Pretty much no Aether RR.
Is there the possibility to give the Ice Talons mod or Primal Strike or anything else something like 30 Flat RR?
If not a - %Aether RR mod to wind devils / Bonechilling cry?.
Maybe some else has a better idea.
