Hi mate, I’ve been playing this game for a while but there are some farming issues that I’m not clear about, I hope you guys can help me.
- What happens if I put grazing areas on cultivated fields? For example, if I plant clover - which increases fertility by +3% / season. So when the cattle eat the clover, will the fertility increase by 3% or will it be less?
I know that the waste from the cattle will increase the fertility of the soil, but will the increased fertility = 3% from clover + fertility from the waste from the cattle or will it be minus the clover eaten?

Is there a way to mute the cattle sounds / distinguish it from the warning sounds of wild animals (deer) eating the crops in the field? I don’t like to graze cattle in fields because I find it annoying to hear the warning sounds of them eating crops / indistinguishable from wild animals that eat crops.

If I remember correctly, wild animals (deer) do not eat clover. Will it increase the growth rate of cattle by feeding on clover?

My food is often spoiled, especially beans and green vegetables (cabbage, celery). Is there a way to ask the herders to feed them to the cattle? I am sure it would be better for cattle to eat such nutritious foods than to eat hay.

Similarly, if cattle graze in an area where fruit trees (peaches, pears, apples) are grown, will it increase the fertility of the soil in this area? And will high fertility increase the yield of fruit trees? Anyway, I’m glad they don’t jump up and eat these fruits

I usually put my hives in the fields to get the most honey (and so that when I have free time, the farmers can compete to harvest the honey?). But it seems that if I put them in fruit growing areas, this doesn’t happen. This is quite illogical because in fact, fruit growing areas are the places that bring the most honey production.

A slightly off-topic question. Will the tree growing areas help accumulate water? So in harsh places like dry plateaus, should we put water wells in areas with many trees? Also, do dry areas reduce crop yields (I mean, except during times of drought warnings)?
Thank you very much!
