So all my characters are just gone, i had no mods, 165hours wasted, tried to verify, also reinstalled, happened after i mademy first hc toon. Any solutions or should i just uninstall

Do you have cloud saving turned on?
check your save locations manually in case going into game settings and flipping cloud box on/off doesnt’ bring them back
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\folder of numbers\219990\remote\save\main
^if your old chars are here it means cloud box should be on ingame
(start path might be different if you used a custom install/different drive)

C:\Users\username\Documents\my games\Grim Dawn\save\main
^if your chars are here it means cloud should be off ingame
*note that sometimes onedrive hijacks the documents folder in which case it will be in the one drive folder
if there are no chars in any of those 3 places, something is off/wrong assuming you’re still on the same computer/harddrive
