The set is miles behind Trozan and Iskandra.
- Allagast design looks like TSS is supposed for AoE damage while SToE helps killing solo targets. But Storm Box was nerfed multiple times and can’t carry a build that much. This + increased target area for TSS on the set makes killing solo target irritating.
- TSS gameplay without Star Pact CDR is super clunky
The survivability is lower than TSS Warlock/Druid/Sorceress 'cause:
- Sorc has strong save cooldowns and multiple defensive layers;
- Warlock has nice ADCtH from Sigils and a good heal from BoD
- Druid isn’t restricted with Mines/Sigils radius and free to hit’n run having good CC res. Magehunter needs to be in Censure radius however
We have cold/lightning TSS
We have triple elemental TSS and we can build it as the fire one as was shown by @Plasmodermic and @mad_lee
But we don’t have the aether one
So the suggestion is to give set a global lightning -> aether conversion. Global conversion is needed to convert Tether as soon as transmutor doesn’t work on it. Also it might an aura to on/off conversion if anyone wants lightning Allagast
Such move allows:
- Be free from censure radius and go for kiting gameplay
- Have a diversity both in terms of TSS and Magehunters
Obviously, some changes are supposed to be done:
- Add aether damage boost as a part of Deadly Aim bonus
- Remove increased target area for TSS
- Add CDR for TSS
