Allow binds to auto-attack/pet attack

I will be straightforward with the suggestion i have to better the game. At the moment, the best/easiest way to play a right-clicking build in the late/end-game is by using a skill to replace the auto-attack, e.g. Savagery. This ends up making it more/unnecessarily difficult to reliably trigger certain devotion skills in comparison to spam-able abilities and those that replace the normal attack. This would help to enable more damage combinations and open up more potential devotion builds without having to comprise the uniqueness of the character.
