Currently the rune Ishtak’s Mercy can’t trigger devotions, i’m assuming because of the debuff/effect type?,
but, it has an aoe, and there are non dmg debuffs/aoes in the game that can be assigned to devotions, but even stuff like CoF can be assigned to attack devos and the crit buff devotion Phoenix
i wonder if it would be possible or could be allowed to make Ishtak’s Mercy attachable to devos?
or would it be considered “too strong” with its native effects/stats? - just really feels annoying to not be able to use a button you already have for devo proccer

Huh. I never realized it couldn’t, as I never use disengage runes personally. I totally agree though, that it should be able to-- disengagement runes are extremely similar to other movement runes in terms of cooldowns/mechanics (other movement runes can leave debuffs, too), so I don’t think it’d be too OP.
