Allow more skills to be supported by Devotion abilities!

I’ve been having an awesome time with my bleed build that uses Rend + Devouring Swarm. I didn’t really like dealing 1/4 the damage I usually do to ghosts and skeletons however, so I started thinking about doing the same build except replacing Devouring Swarm as a Warder with Curse of Frailty as a Witchblade, and put more focus on Physical + Internal Trauma. I was super bummed out when I found that Curse of Frailty can’t be supported by any skills!

I don’t know why it’s the case, but I think it would be way more fun if more skills could be supported by devotion abilities. Instead of being strictly a debuff ability for example, Curse of Frailty could be a damage ability with Rend, a super debuff with Acid Spray, or even a heal ability. It would go from a skill that feels tedious to use regularly because it doesn’t actually do anything except make you hit harder with other skills, to a skill that feels great to use because you can make it wipe trash packs while debuffing anything that survives.

Devotions are activated when you attack, get hit, block, etc.

Since Curse deals no damage, it has no way to proc Attack devotion, which is why you cannot bind devotion to it.

True, but plenty of other skills do proc devotion on hit effects, like Flashbang which doesn’t damage enemies either.
