Allow skills to influence dialogue choices

Please consider adding support for letting dialogue options be influenced by certain skills in the mastery line.

For example, let’s consider that the Berserker/Werewolf mastery has a skill called “Keen Senses” that has a use outside combat situations where it lets the user ‘sense’ other werewolves. With points in this skill, your player character is able to get additional dialogue options when interacting with NPCs that are actually werewolves in hiding.

I am perfectly fine with this being something that’s only available in modding. A quest that leverages this feature would be better but I realize that implementing meaningful C&C consumes time & resources.

It’s also fine if the skill check isn’t influenced by the level of the skill. While, a ‘Skill Level Check’ would be great, even a barebones version of the skill check would suffice.

Who said (some) NPCs won’t recognize you in were forms. :wink:
