So if the Alpha or pre-alpha is available at the end of the month or the start of April will the Patron Edition then go away as an option?
I ask because I still haven’t gotten anything and money is tight right now for me:( and I wish to hold off as long as I can on this.
It is Crate’s intention to [post=81395]offer Patron and Loyalist editions after the alpha version has been released[/post].
Yeah… got my loyalist edition! Cant wait to play it! It will destroy all the other ARPGs that people are playing today… Just look at details of the armors posted last week, much better than D3 or PoE!
Aaaaaaah yeeeeeeaaaa.
Hey, I pre-ordered a couple years ago, have my game key written down somewhere. How do I know if I qualify for the alpha or not? Haven’t been following the development very closely.
It depends what you ordered. How much did you pay, if you don’t mind me asking?
search your email for the subject
Grim Dawn Pre-Order Key
I cant wait for this game! I was a huge (and I still am) a huge TQ fan. I have been playing D3 for months but whenever I see gameplay of GD I feel that its looks so much better and I KNOW it will be better too!
I have the key written down. Don’t remember how much I paid but I think it was the Epic? tier or something.
Just wondering if I qualify for the alpha test or not.
If you paid $50 or more (patron edition), you have access to the alpha. Anything less, such as Pioneer edition ($35), and you do not have access to the alpha
When will the next update be posted btw? Is there a certain time schedule for it? Like evey 14-21-28 days or something?
Eager for them infoz!
The updates come every 14-16 days, depending on the developers and your timezone. Zantai usually posts them, and they’re called “Grim Misadventures”. They usually introduce a bit of new information about some subject in the game, such as armor, loot affixes, or class skills. You can check the date of the last Misadventure, and the next update should be about 2 weeks after then
Lets jump 6 days until the 18th NOW ;)
That would be nice imo
If you ordered the Epic Fan Edition (item #1336 for US$ 32) then you only qualify for beta access. If you ordered the Legendary Fan Edition (item #1337 for US$ 48) then you will be able to take part in the alpha.
Are you still using the same email address? Then go to Retrieve Game-Keys. The email you will receive will either state you have a Pioneer (formerly: Epic) or Patron (formerly: Legendary) key. If you are not using it anymore, then contact Crate for updating your email address:
The original pricing was adjusted for the Kickstarter campaign. The new pre-order editions have kept the Kickstarter pricing.
Will we be able to pay a small fee to get into alpha if the support pack we have doesn’t allow us?
Just wondering because I’d really like to see it. lol. Just can’t afford to upgrade to that particular support pack sadly. : (
Take the time to get it done right, not that I have any doubt you will, just giving you the two thumbs up. Keep up the good work.
the “point blank” art is really awesome, it has a sort of badass duke nukem or doom feel to it
Take your time, make it peerrrfect!
cannot wait, I wanna kill stuff.
hmmmm. so I cant say the same as some other players. I don’t want it rushed so fast that it will destroy my computer and I also don’t want to wait forever! ha. im in the middle. I can wait a little longer for a better first showing that u guys like.
