I understand every 3rd attack of Cadence overwrite weapon’s procs skill, Cadence got bad fame from build that center around WPS. The main question is that will the 3 strike from Amarasta’s quick cut trigger Cadence? if so it is visible for a build base on these 2 combo?
no, nor does it build more than 1 charge for cadence. They made sure of this in a patch because wps was too good at proccing cadence
