Amber vs. Blessed Steel?

I’m currently playing a 2H Melee Savagery Lightning-damage Shaman.

I’m currently using Amber as my weapon’s component for the extra damage, however I just looked at Blessed Steel for the first time and its granted skill looks really really good.

Is it worth losing some raw DPS to gain the Sacred Strike skill? And, just to make sure, to my understanding the resistance reduction granted from the skill does NOT stack with Raging Tempest, correct?

If you happy with your AoE options without Amber, or need good single target burst damage, then yeah, I would suggest Blessed Steel route. Swapped Amber with BS on my Elementalist, never regretted that decision :slight_smile:

RR doesn’t stack, yeah.
