Ancient Grove doesn´t like me today.

Sure, I´m a bit rusted but 1st Run, Manticore Deathstalker shredded me (changed my build with a few minor things after that), 2nd Run Gargabol killed me with 2 hits. :eek:

Additional info - I just updated game from 1.0.2.0 to 1.0.5.1

Edit - it is weird, because when i watch youtube videos they do have a different map. In my map it looks as if Ancient groove isn’t added yet. But patch says 1.0.5.1.

If you bought the game from GOG, then you might need to reinstall the game - both base game and the expansion. If Steam, then verify your game files.

I spent hours tried to figure what I missed, why I can’t access this area, cuz I think this place should be able to explore from what I see in the map. When I hit the brick pile with RoS, it seems to hit something in there, so I assumed this must be some sort of destructible object.

So…is there any news?

whatever you do don’t go at final boss. at 2nd phase he can 1hit 17K with max resists. Not even ultimate ravager is able to 1hit me like that crappy boss is.

If you posted your build, we could see why that’s happening. Because high health doesn’t mean much to bosses like Gargabol.

If you can handle Ravager, then I’m assuming you’ve overcapped your resistances, have sufficient DA, comfortable amount of armour/physical resistance, some lifesteal (if applicable) and other mastery/devotion-specific defense mechanisms etc.

Only thing I can think of that hit you so hard is his infamous Fissure that he places underneath you.

So, in quasi-relation to the original question, where is Kra’Vall in the Ugdenbog? I wish I got email notifications about patch updates, I only noticed now 4 days later we had a patch… otherwise I’d have already gone looking.
EDIT: Never mind, it was where I expected. Pretty small “dungeon”, really. Now my question is, how the heck to survive the unkilleable tentacles? That and the ice meteors killed my level 95 character with resistances topped (and above) in seconds.

Thanks! I suspected to I went there right away and indeed.
Now I have to only survive in there… man those tentacles hit hard. The Loghorrean has nothing on Kra’Vall, he has made his tentacles indestructible.
