Ancient Grove is likely the upcoming free content update, it will contain the new beast themed rogue like dungeon

It will most likely be through those blocked steps in the Arkovian ruins in Ugdenbog.

You just saved me from the endless headache. :rolleyes:
I spent hours tried to figure what I missed, why I can’t access this area, cuz I think this place should be able to explore from what I see in the map. When I hit the brick pile with RoS, it seems to hit something in there, so I assumed this must be some sort of destructible object.

Hmm, and then what is that locked door in the Infestation? Is it related to a Malmouth Resistance quest you get on increased reputation?

Is this Ultimate only? I´m revered in Elite now, no quests left. Did I miss something? :frowning:

Wrong faction. :stuck_out_tongue: Not Malmouth Resistance, Coven of Ugenbog.

Malmouth Resistance opens a different door.

Right, got it now. Thank you. Odd quest design. If you do this and just head to the next difficulty, as most people probably do, you miss it. :confused:

That is not the entrance to Ancient Grove, Hug the right wall leaving the Covens Refuge and you will find what you are looking for. :wink:

Drops in this dungeon are insane. 2x15 minute runs - 15 legendaries, 4 legendary blueprints, lot’s of very good MI rings, amulets etc… ;p

Amazing place to farm when you’re pet conjurer with maxed Primal Bond (-18% dmg from beasts).

All in all, great job from crate :slight_smile:

I didn’t get any blueprints in Ancient Grove. Damn my luck.

Can confirm that drops in this dungeon appears to be better than others. Having smaller maps with high density definitely help as well. A much more efficient place to farm for random stuffs. Not sure if Nemesis can spawn inside though.

I’m also very relieved that the layout is not headache-inducing like Valbury :rolleyes:

EDIT: Also, remember to check out the plant vendor in there. It sells random legendary blueprints.

Do you need to finish the regular game on Ultimate to access this? Any other requirements? Do i need to talk with some NPC?

I have coven of Ugendbog quest line finished, but the entrance doesn’t open. I go where it is supposed to be, but nothing happens.

I mean, I can’t access the aree before entrance to the Grove itself. Like in screenshot above, it is blocked. Both here and a bit below.

Additional info - I just updated game from 1.0.2.0 to 1.0.5.1

Edit - it is weird, because when i watch youtube videos they do have a different map. In my map it looks as if Ancient groove isn’t added yet. But patch says 1.0.5.1.

Have you tried verifying your files? You could also try re-installing the expansion, should only be around 1-1.5 GB.
