Great screen, but … what the bleep is that thing off to the right hand side?

if the red outline is a targeter then why dosent the guy with the gun face what you have targeted?

allso have you made it smaller it looks better tho that may just be the daytime shot not hilighting it as much.

and will there be a small of gunsmoke added for each shot? it looks a little clean without it

@ jiaco i think we where told what it was in the ruind building screen it was off to the righ there too

In TQ, the character didn’t automatically face whatever enemy you had your mouse hovering over - I expect it to be no different in GD.

Looking good.

Most likely that enemy was killed by that shot and then I switched targets by clicking again. Could be that I clicked to fire and then just randomly moved the mouse a bit while scrambling to press “print-screen”. Could be either of those things.

There is smoke that comes out with each shot. Not sure why you can’t see it here, might just be that the screenshot was a split second before it started or after it finished. Such is the way of screenshots…

Hm nice screen, gives a good view on the “Gazer”.
It really reminds me of the Soulreapers from Hellgate: London. I hope they are not like them…they gave me hell. :frowning:
How did you maneuver yourself into such a situation anyway…do enemys suddenly break out of the ground and surround you?^^
Would be kickass.

thanks im happy its there.

They do, although, in this case I just ran up to a scenic location to enjoy the view and wouldn’t you know it, monsters! I tell ya, this world just isn’t safe.

those are the new monsters we saw earlier right? and the gazer reminds me of the. creeper? i think in starcraft 2 the morphin unit.

that looks realy awsome does the road split to the left? it looks like it kinda.

Cool enemies laying an ambush. aRPG is growing every time you make a new game.

Looks good. Not as awesome as the previous one, but it seems to convey the right ambiance. Do we also get rain and storms in these areas? That weird-looking probe thing also looks interesting.

Awesome combat scene! Thanks for the update.

Nice screeny, thanks Med.

Will be be seeing greener pastures anytime soon? Surely there is some grass left somewhere…

At that range he should be using his bayonet… :stuck_out_tongue:

Great shot! I love this one!

Hmm I prefer to love this one. Look sharper. Although the previous screenshot does have those dark building. That’s really give the dark and gothic feeling of the first Diablo. I love those feeling.

This is great September we have!

Thanks for another screenshot. The autumn ambiance is yet again my favorite part of the shot.

Will we be seeing any more projectile spells anytime soon? I believe the last one we saw was that beam attack back in April/May timeframe. I’d love to see what sort of goodies dedicated spell casters will have to play with.

Any chance of some hi-res screens?
Hard to fully enjoy the awesomeness with these low-res shots.

I like the creature in the background right. Caster of some sorts? Healer?

It looks great! but one question, this may have been answered previously but will there be blood? That was one thing that i didnt like in TQ there was no blood didnt feel as…badass?

There are massive amounts of blood.
