Got my friends hyped on the new update, but half the group cant play together because they dont have the dlc

You can check current and upcoming steam sales at https://steamdb.info/sales/
Grim Dawn and its DLCs go on sale fairly regularly. Just keep an eye on Steam.
Meanwhile, I believe you can “manage” the game to turn off the DLCs so that you can play with people who don’t currently have them.
