…could get a bit of Cooldown Reduction? Doesn’t even need to be more than the value on the unempowered version. But it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to have the unempowered Tempest Sigil be better than the Empowered one for the builds they were designed for simply because the Empowered version is missing a stat.
My new Trozan’s Battlemage would appreciate it…
(Or, in general, if some CDR could be tossed onto specific Legendary medals, that’d be cool too…)

Not sure any blacksmith bonus ever is CDR, but if it were that could get added. Only the base item won’t have any.
