Any consequences from Kovcha quest (Dread Wastes)?

So there’s this werewolf in the middle of Dread Wastes.

We have option to kill it, or talk it into controlling itself.
Has anybody found and consequences for either option?

Does any one option lead to some quest down the road?
Does any option affect the state of the world elsewhere the same way that trapped cultists do for fo an FG tomb?

if you talk her into turning back into human, you’ll get Draculus potion mod blueprint.

if you kill her… well, I guess you kill her (never did that).

But so far i’ve only been successful with such speech option as werewolf/'zerker.
Which made me wonder if this encounter is either random/semi random like Nicoh in malmouth, or if it has some other pre-requisite to get the "chillax sister"outcome

*i’ve not yet “dared” actually killing her since i’m not on my “evil” char run yet
did see a comment that picking the “hunt the bloodsworn” option could be kinda useful in tanking nemesis or dread spawn apparently

My sample size is really small, but I’ve always been able to get the right dialog when I had Shaman among my masteries, and never when I didn’t

Talked her out of madness as Soldier + Shaman as well as Necro + Occultist as well as Necro + Berserker.
I don’t think there’s much random there.
Though when it comes to Nicoh, my first like 6 times talking to him were all successful in saving him, so I genuinely didn’t believe people who told me it was random.

I was a bit disappointed on my werewolf that she didn’t go on a killing spree vs. the Bloodbound after I spoke to her in werewolf form. She just stood there waiting to be ‘saved.’ But on elite mode, I spoke to her as a human and got her to change into a human. As others said, you get a cool potion mod. I haven’t killed her either. Maybe I’ll do that in ultimate and see what happens later.

I am surprised that she was the only one that I encountered. Maybe there are others in ultimate?
Also, I am surprised that none of the Kurn are werewolves. Maybe that will be later? Maybe another tribe?
Or is that going to be saved in the RTS game?

Can confirm that it really does not matter what class you are. You get all the options, if you go down the one you don’t want, don’t continue/confirm the conversation and just walk away to restart it.

Either way, talked her to changing to human on my first run, nothing seemed to happen. Just told her to harness her rage against the Bloodbound on my Battle Mage. WIll see if anything happens.

Haven’t killed her yet, might do it next time.

It gets rolled at session start and is a 50/50. So like getting heads 6 times in a row. Unlikely, but possible. I once had to restart the session like 10 times to get the save option once.
