Did a quick look in the compendium and last couple of pages but didn’t see any non-pet Sentinel or Oppressor builds. Was hoping to see some strong poison/acid or vitality builds with a shield. Anyone working on something like that?

This is a non-pet Oppressor I’ve been playing and it’s an absolute monster.
Worth a look since all you need is Avatar or Order and Spectral War Shield and then anything that will give you physical retaliation (even if you can only find elemental retaliation you can use Beronath Sword to convert it to Physical)
Yeah, I’ve seen those retaliation builds, but was really hoping for poison/acid or vitality with a shield. The first build malawiglenn posted seems to be the closest thing currently, but looking at the description, it sounds hard to pilot with a fair amount of kiting.
I guess I would ideally like to see a vitality damage shield based Sentinel or Oppressor, but doesn’t seem to be a build for one currently that I can find. Poison/acid build like the already linked Sentinel would be a close second though.
I don’t currently have the time or knowledge to theorycraft my own build, maybe one will pop up soon.
