That stops the game hides Ui and you can fly around in free cam to take screenshots in different angles ?
If you’re playing any mod, you can open the console (default key: tilde ( ` )) and type in ‘game.showHud false’ to hide the HUD:

You can also use ‘character.warpCursor true’ to teleport to your cursor (even off the default map!)
As for the camera itself…that’s the spot of a mod to handle.
