Any thoughts on ditching reaping strike as a reaper?

I’m playing a DW reaper focusing on MI’s that enhance whirwind, necrotic edge and execute WPS.

For the last high chance WPS I’m kinda torn on quick cut, shears and reaping strike. Maybe I’m wrong but it seems to me that when attacking, reaping strike only hits with one hand? So if I already have high life steal, do you think reaping strike is the right choice for the WPS skill to cut out? Or is the burst healing from when RS procs still valuable late game? I play HC so dunno - maybe the big leech even with just one hand - is more valuable than I give it credit for.

Quick cut, I’ve read people say it’s bad. But I don’t understand why.
Shears is kinda bad because the animation timer for it is very long compared to other WPS.

Any advice?

AQC is not worth it if you don’t have proper pierce>X conversion/OA or investment/proper default attack modifier. Same with Belgothian Shears and it has weird animation. Go for Reaping Strike after maxing Whirling Death/Execution/Necrotic Edge. Atleast it provides extra lifesteal.
