Any way to reset the Grim Dawn graphical subsystem?

Something like the /reloadui command common in MMORPGs. I have some kind of hardware or OS issue (I think…doubt it’s an issue with GD) that causes everything to start moving in slow motion, as if the CPU was massively taxed (it isn’t). It’s a pain to restart the game when I’m in an area where I’ve made a lot of progress and the closest riftgate isn’t close. If I could reset the interface that would perhaps resolve the issue temporarily while I continue to troubleshoot my pc. A console/dev/debug command is what I’m looking for.

What’s your specs?

I was having the same problem earlier today. If I pulled up the map it would go back to being fine, then as soon as I’d close out of the map I’d get massive fps drop. If I’d leave the room I was in, it would go back to normal, as well. I7 and GTX 1080, so it’s not a hardware deficiency. Possibly a driver - game version incompatibility. Never had problems with it prior to this morning.

It’s not the specs. It’s damage to the system caused by a short to a USB port. The short was corrected but I suspect the CPU and possible GPU sustained some electrical damage, and so when things heat up after a while erratic results can occur.

And do similar oddities occur in other games where you are provably using an ui reset command to temporarily resolve the issue?
