The lack of RR on this really makes it a painful build to play, and if you run into any Chthonic bloodletter enemies the whole thing become a slog.
Also defensive options of a wet paper.

Link your current build attempt and self-found? When GT comes back up, perhaps some players will have suggestions.
As for RR, you basically have 25+ flat, 35? witchblade devotion, and some item/set RR possibilities. And some active demo,inquis, and component skills. Imho if you can get up around 100-ish (which is only another 40), you should be ok.
Chaos EoR have been posted 3 times, I think. Normally you want to go Sentinel with RahZin set for chaos RR to CoF. Problem is low energy regen.

I follow this build here Chaos Sentinel Beyblade(EOR) 75 SR guide (grimtool is down for some reason) except with Sash of bloodlord, mythical severed faith, avatar of chaos, mythical combust band and Necrosis as relic for extra chaos RR. I ran flame torrent as my main damage devotion to make use of the fire -> chaos conversion.
But the fun stops here, every time i run into a cthonic bloodletter or the boss that shares the same model their 118% chaos resistance make my char cry. Not to mention it has the defense of a wet paper unlike warlord.

I can manage most things pretty ok. You also have some free skillpoints if you wanna change something. Could even take off the few mastery points from the OK if you want.

Huge DA/OA issue still, but now at least you got decent res cap, no need to piano as the RR comes from guardians. Fire -> Chaos allows devolution to double dip in damage. Vit -> chaos for more flat. 103 Chaos RR overall and lots of racial damage to make up for any resistant enemies. For stun res you need to craft the perfect double rare pant and boot sadly.
