Okaloth>Kymon>Koorvak. If you are nemesis with Eldritch Horrors and are lucky, you can meet Kaisan in your path too.

Someone told that there’re 2 good chests near Okaloth - I couldn’t find any - are they there?

There is none chest in his lair. The closest thing I can think of is the trove chest that spawns around Korvan City.
