If I apply, for example, Targo’s Hammer on Field Command skill, it will have % chance of activation on block, because that’s how Targo’s Hammer works.
Since Field Command itself is active all the time, % chance of activation depends solely on my % chance of successful block and shield recovery time.
Will applying Targo’s Hammer (or any other defensive skill) on Counter Strike also depend on Counter Strike’s chance of activation as well, besides % chance of block and shield recovery time, or will it work as if applied on Field Command?
Should I avoid applying defensive skills to Counter Strike?
EDIT: I’m confused a bit, here’s why: CS is always active, but it activates only on % chance of activation when hit. Does that mean that Targo’s Hammer can only be activated when Counter Strike activates? Or it works exactly like Field Command, meaning % chance of CS’s activation won’t condition TH’s activation. If TH can only be triggered when CS activates it would heavily diminish chance of Targo’s Hammer activation.
it has nothing to do with the skill in question’s activation probability. just bind it to something that’s always active, there’s no difference between field command and counter strike
