Do the Arcanist Overload talent procc from weapon attacks only, or spells as well?
Do a spell like Callidor’s Tempest with 12% weapon damage activate it?
It works in the same way as flat damage - it’s only applied through weapon damage or skills with a % weapon damage component and scales with % weapon damage. You’re going to see a small boost using it with a skill with 12% weapon damage like Callidor’s Tempest.
oh, so using a attack skill, say with a component with 300% weapon damage would increase the overload papersheet damage x3 right?
