I am somewhat new to Grim Dawn and have started out with testing different builds and got intrested in a caster bleed build with grasping vines and devouring swarm. But all bleed builds I have found have melee aspects to them. I am not yet confident in doing my own builds so was wondering if anyone know of any decent bleed build that is caster.
“Good” is relative. I have made one, but it is definitely not top-tier. I think you could complete Campaign without problems. I can post it later, if you are interested.
It’s not an impossible concept, but when it comes to bleed it’s strongest sources usually come from either weapon attacks or procs.

but it delves into vitality quite a bit.
If summoners count as casters, a bleed-focused pet build can be very strong. Briarthorns and primal spirits supported by huntress and your swarms of bees can wreck some critters.
Yes, apart from Pets, there’s a good conjurer bleeding/vitality caster from Valinov (Wildbllod Set based). Other than that, bleeding isn’t that well supported mostly because there are no conversions possible.

I was looking into Nightblade just now but I was focusing more on Trickster. But that looks interesting.
actually shaman can do alot better, i just bored of my psn dervish which being bad version of cold deathmarkd and pierce belgothian… made it this with 1 guy who was on uberelite channel… its doesnt clear so fast but it definetely deletes bosses in secs with not lvld up devotions… i see some potential in this build.
any other reason build delete bosses so fast is, it has massive racial dmg bonus to all typesbesides eldricth which i love. and finally i have legit reason to use deathstalker relic which i have been waiting since ages
finally, i am %100 sure it can be better on shaman with vines swarm and ulti
If you want to do Trickster Caster, it will be okay if you use Maxed Blade Spirits with it.
Any recommendations for devotions? I am struggling to understand when you wanna go for damage, sustain, resistance, defensives etc. I am thinking huntress,fox,bat, maybe mogdrogen

Found this 2h weapon and did a build around it on an old ranged infiltrator I recycled. https://www.grimtools.com/calc/r2BAx0BN. (btw the relic I had changed to “serenity” cause i realized afterwards that the cd reduction is only a dw bonus)
Its a caster type pierce/bleed build. unfortunately its not that solid and i have no idea how to build it further. but maybe it can give you some inspiration idk.
