Assigning skills to left click, bonus damage against X?

Hello,
Does anyone know how to open up the left mouse button so skill’s like Aether Ray and so on can be assigned to it?
Am I missing something on the info panel’s or does it not show bonus damage against Beast/Beastkin etc?

Assigning Aether Ray to Left Click cannot be done in Grim Dawn
but it can be easy done with AutoHotkey

(Aether Ray needs to be bound to “4” or 4th on the bar in other words)

I retained the Left Click action but obviously you cannot move by holding Left Click (however you still can move by “Click, Click, Click…”

[edit] no, you can actually move by holding Left Click but it’s tricky, you need to

  1. hold Left Click (Aether Ray is being cast)
  2. quickly release and press Left Click again -> then your character moves while you holding LMB
