Hi there!
Was trying different raven builds with FoA release, wanted to make something that capitalizes on wereraven, does not rely on WoA because I kinda don’t enjoy channeling spells, and is simple enough to play from controller.
After tinkering a bit, came up with this idea:
The gist is, since PRM has tri-element dmg + aether from proliferation, lets convert the elemental damage to aether through skill modification from slathsarr, and then add 100% aether to cold.
And since distortion does RR, we can save on second RR devotion.
There’s some residual elemental dmg from distortion/supercharged, but nothing to care about.

Alternatively, this cool hat can be used: we’re trading medal slot for a hat slot, and some nice + to skills, at the cost of still needing to convert aether.
Since we need aether conversion anyway, we can go Star Pact instead of Heart of Asterkarn + Form for cold dmg buff and casting speed.
This actually saves us 12 skill points from beast form, frees the belt slot, and gives CDR for mirror.
I think, the star pact one is somewhat better, but it kinda depends on gear availability - with head free, I can slap on the paragon set for panetti buffing.
Also, the devotions - everyone says Ultos is op, but I felt that lighning to cold conversion is kinda meh on items, so went with Yugol. For the rest, picked Rumor for RR and the rest for survivability/cast speed.
Would like to hear your advice - this my first kinda-decent build.
Cheers.
