I have a level 16 character and attached an attuned loadstone to a medal, but the granted power is not showing up as an option to add to my hotbar. I didn’t have any issues adding the power from the cracked loadstone. Is this bugged?
It’s a passive proc, 20% change when you’re hit.
You don’t use it actively.

Ok thank you. I had hoped it was a more powerful active version of the cracked loadstone.
You are looking for Amber, which the blacksmith can craft for you. Well, get level 20 soon
