Auradin - paladin concept build

I’ve seen the concept of builds using passive damage on the forum and so I’ve tried my hand at one for the upcoming paladin class.

https://www.grimtools.com/calc/d2jwye4V

It’s mostly focused around Aura of Censure, Celestial Presence and Heart of Wrath. I haven’t assigned any gear yet as I want to see what the upcoming gear has in it first but in general intend to focus in +fire damage, bonuses to those 3 skills and survivability.

I’m no master build maker so I’ll be interested to see what improvements can be made to this concept.

EDIT: now that the new gears live on the calculator heres my attempts at gearing this build https://www.grimtools.com/calc/4ZDJmRz2

You’ve said it yourself. Waiting for the new items is the best improvement for this concept. Pretty sure it will be viable.tho even with current items. Auramancers already exist so there’s no doubt it will continue to do so.

So sayeth Mister Disco Pony…

I think Auramancer will still be viable. Oathkeeper is a really good fire support mastery. My Purifier Auramancer is ready to get an upgrade to become a Paladin!

I really hope that, not only Aurmancers are still gonna be viable, but that they’ll receive a boost as well. Ready for some righteous scorching (maybe with some pestilential twist ).

added a link with gear above

Has anyone tested this in the higher difficulties?

Right now I’m using it as an experimental road-map and I’m wondering if I’m the only one walking this particular road.

Currently level 42, but I’m feeling the sting of having no nuke spells - so far it’s face-tanking and slow-burn of bosses.

May i suggest this little recipe of mine ?
