How many skill and attribute points does a fresh level 100 character have?

248 skill points. No idea of the attribute ones. 99 plus whatever you get from quests?

Edit: 107 attribute according to GT.

I can confirm-107 attribute points. In AoM were 105 and now 2 points in FG expansion from shattered realm.
