Not to make a separate thread for it in feedback section, but i don’t understand this mod.
Rah’zin amulet gives 10% rr and flat to CoF and +1 soldier. And you get dr from of the abyss suffix on the Cadence axe.
The amulet needs like tripple all those mod values to be considered over Rah’zin for chaos Cadence.
Maybe it’s not meant for chaos Cadence but for builds that convert 100% of the chaos to something else.
I would certainly take Mythical Avatar of Chaos over Rah’Zin amulet with an elemental Witchblade wielding Scion of Arcane Force for example. Pair it with Horns of Korvaak.
For an Elemental Witchblade wouldn’t you want the -15% Elemental RR% to CoF Conduit instead for a single RR Mastery combo? You would get lots of flat Chaos to convert from SWF and Possession… RR is harder to come by.
