In case anyone else has the stuttering problem, someone else has posted that having cloud saving enabled is what is bugging out the FPS drops on all loot. Haven’t tried it myself yet but apparently we just need to disable cloud saving and it should fix it. Odd…

There must be a wagon left for you to destroy. I had the same problem and after I destroy it I can enter.
