so as the title says havent been playing the game until recently, finished the act4,then stopped playing now im back and wanna play the dlc content but i realised there are a few contents in base game i need to finish before moving to dlc,Like port of valbury and the hidden path quest . now this might be sound very old to you but wanna finish those first,all im asking are there any other update areas /contents that i am supposed to play other than valbury and hiddent path? i really wanna catch up fast with the game, thanks in advance 
No, those were the main post-release content updates. The other patches were bug fixes and balancing changes. Good luck!
