Barracks won't fill with workers V0.7.4

My barracks won’t fill the ‘Unfilled Slots’ by using the + button inside the building information window. Says lack of gold - which I have enough gold to recruit.

But will fill the unfilled slots with the Professions window when I hit the + button in there.

So far this is the only building that’s done this, but I thought I’d mention it.
