Besides the new masteries - what you guys think the new features will be?

Im always hyped the same amount about the new “features” they mentioned for the upcoming expansion. Even if I don’t know what the will be I hope they have some really cool stuff planned.

What you guys think it will be?

TBH, I don’t think the game needs any major feature. Naturally, they will implement some, but I can’t think of specific ones. What gets me hyped as fuck is, besides the new masteries, all the new lore. We’ll visit different places, get to know more about how the world used to be, see humanity’s struggle to survive against our invaders. This makes me think I’ll play this game till the end of time.

Possibilities/guesses/random ideas:

-Component 2.0

-Devotion 2.0

-Skill Transmuters 2.0

-A Bestiary

-A “Library”, where all the lore notes gets saved, but you still get to read them once with different characters for that small exp bump (really though, I’d really love this).

-Some sort of new feature that let us “extract” component skills and level them up in the same fashion as Devotion skills, or as being able to dump skill points on them (too lazy to get in detail of this one, but in short: You can extract a certain number of component skills per character (5 or so) from a component, then it is stored in an alternate 4th tab in the Skills Menu. This would allow for new skills for different components that have Empowered skills.

I’m really hoping the new features will include stats respec, maybe something like potion of clarity for stats, maybe component auto pickup, the ability to respec points put into mastery bars, and maybe something cool like being able to buy faction or negative faction in crucible with the Tribute points.

Honestly,

Not even sure if the engine can actually do it or the dev team can handle it for that matter, but I wouldn’t mind some type map system introduced at the end game if possible. (similar to how Path of Exile, or Torchlight 2 has done it…)

Probably the most likely. Something like trade 20 Devotion points to a Deity of your choice Ulzuin/Menhir etc. You’ll gain a new tree to spec out with “bigger” bonuses related the deity you chose but you’ll lose those 20 Devotion points.

I’m still hoping they create a tier of gear above legendary. With super-omega-giga-terra-wtf-op stats.

I am pleased with any new content, the game is awesome already.

But please no more 1.0.0.7 fix to not broken things, and everyone is happy :slight_smile:

How can we possibly contend with such a sinister `stache?

all of my yes. crate please, please, please make this a thing if its possible. this would help so many builds.

Wish-list:

  • Portals next to gates of SoT/BoC/Valbury/any future dungeons (less pointless running).
  • Way to reset said dungeons without restarting the game (less of same loot).
  • Mastery bar/attribute point respec (coz we love fine-tuning, not re-rolling a lv 65+ toons… usually after reaching ultimate; Unless you don’t have a job and play video games all day/night or follow guides - then you’re fine).
  • Improved crafting window i.e. component categories or bigger recipe window.

!!! - At least twice as much transfer tabs! This is an SP game, save files take my hard drive space, I want to use it for storage and easy access/browsing, not endless f***ing mules.

  • Movable windows (hit dat dummy and see how stats change)
  • Easy to find nemesis (I want to kill stuff, not play running sim)
  • Quest xp nerf on ultimate (they should give 10%-20% of what they give now).
  • More cunning armor.
  • Investing in phys not as important/in some cases - mandatory (how about full spirit builds?).
  • Removal of random blockades (f*** you blood grove! I’ll explore if I want to explore, don’t force me to do so).
  • Master blacksmith that can do everything (I really hate running sims :frowning: ).
  • Transferable bloods, hearts etc. (hope your friend’s online since you need to drop couple ancient hearths in his game).
  • Unavoidable damage removal (Who thought this is a good idea?)

Would love some sort of “closet” attached to the stash that has tabs that store gear pieces that are part of a set, thus allowing us to slowly build up sets without cluttering up 2-3 mules stash/inventory slots with random gear pieces.
