Well. If nerfs were limited to the set, it may very well have ended up imposing a penalty to EoR for it to achieve the level of balance Z envisioned for it, thereby defeating the purpose of the set.
Aether EoR, chaos EoR, etc. are all meant to be whacky variants - not everything can/should be top tiered.
For Bleeding, there is one âproblemâ for me:
Bleeding EoR gets a lot of support via itemsâŚbut it´s still not very fun to play.

Clunky as hell, but I wanted to try Mythical Scion of Crimson Wakes.
How was it? Aside from the clunkiness I mean.

Jokes aside, didn´t fit. Shaman doesn´t support DW, even with Bleeding Sources from Weapons, Bracers and Massacre it wasn´t great. Switched to (surprise) Rancor and skipped EoR completely and took the Shamans WPS.
In my attempt for Dervish (nopeâŚ) and in my Warlord Build I had no points for EoR, but wouldn´t have used it anyway.
I made a Gutsmasher but bleed makes no sense so I made it phys. Farcry from dw with Beronath. Not worthy a polish let alone a post.
So I tested vitality EoR with Blood knight set + 2x decree of malmouth as oppressor. Quite decent, got 6:50 without banner, but canât seem to be faster. This is actually the only EoR build that work without any modifier AFAIK.
Tried also as paladin with bonemonger + 2x malakor for tri-elemental EoR, got 7:50 without banner. Not as good.
Well, enough with the wacky build.
