Is this good farm rates for the selected items or is there better options im missing? This is non GI and includes logging in and out. Non- Crucilbe or SR

I believe with Crucible you can acquire about 500k-700k in under 15min prob more and SR a bit better if your strong. But my characters are not at that level.
Any help for lower tier builds in game with or without GI would be great thanks.
