New to GD
going for reaper build necro+nightblade.
For leveling on veteran whats best should i go necro bone harvest or nightblade shadowstrike? Whats more beginner friendly or forgivable?

Bone Harvest is probably the better option due to the high damage and AoE. It will let you keep your distance from the tougher enemies so you can easily kite and cast.
Shadow Strike will get you right in the face of the enemy and for a beginner, that’s usually where you don’t want to be.
Can’t speak on Bone Harvest but Nightblade with Blade Burst then Shadow Strike is fast and generally kills everything in seconds, ideally before whatever is infront of you kills you. It’s somewhat of a glass cannon playstyle so not sure if that’s what you’de be looking for.

If you don’t mind re-speccing, I’m pretty sure the quickest (hence easiest) skill to level with in Necromancer or Nightblade to at least level 40 is Ravenous Earth. It’s a brutal and sustained (if not precise) aoe.
Necro to me was a little boring a the begining. way too easy
