Thanks to the crafty dev that made that a reality. You made my day and my 2-handed reaper so much more fun. Yeah, the scythe transmogs will have to be on stand by for a while. Watching mobs get pwned by a wheel barrow is just too much comedy to pass up.

I wish I knew how to do that. I’m sure I could figure it out, but those pics are good enough.
It was a white item outside the mine on the ground in the area where you fight Cronley’s Gang after Devil’s Crossing. If I find it again I’ll take a screen shot, I accidently sold it. Good thing I don’t have to keep the item to transmog.
I tried looking the item up online, but couldn’t find anything.
Give it to a level one character with damage component on it. That would be a great start.

Do you play with Grimarillion? The only results I can find related to this mention it.
That’s a hilarious transmog, though. Wish it was in the base game.

Grimarillion did have it, but they’ve been hidden in the later versions. So he’s either playing a very old version of Grimarillion or it’s another mod.

Yeah. I am using Grimarillion v80-79-v80 1623164298 via GrimInternals (x64) V1.103. I played a little more this morning and found another wheel barrow in Hanefy Mine. I wish this was in the base game too. It’s funny. I want to make a 2 handed lightning shaman too. Yup, it will be my transmog too. Now to find any funny one hander weapon transmogs, maybe a shield too.

That’s Zeke, Grimarillion/DoM density of mobs/heroes changer. Click on him and you can turn mob/hero density up or down depending on what your current setting is.

Looks a bit like one of the three judges at the end of Tartarus in TQ.
Never been in there so couldn’t say. Is that the right place? Or are you thinking of the Tower of Judgment judges at the end?
Yes it’s one of the judges, has nothing to do with tartarus.

greek hell basically. 
Tartarus is “Greek hell” , the underworld Hades is not. All souls pass through the underworld, good or bad. Tartarus is where “bad” souls are sent for punishment after being judged.
