I’d do Mogara -> Ol’ Bloodbriar -> Ungoliant runs.
(although I’m not sure if Mogara drops them, maybe it’s only the manticore eyes for her).
If you have decent amount of dynamites and items you can blow stuff up (fastest) or go to treasure troves in mountain deep/boc
or
Cronley runs to get blues, dynamites, dynamite ingredients and etc stuff
or
If you have crucible it has well rounded loot which is more efficient in the long run

You’re mixing the Arkovian wasp nests with Dermapterans hive, easy to do that if one does not specify he meant Rotting Croplands.
For Ancient Heart’s I recommend:
Dermapteran Hive - 3 guaranteed heroes and 2 bosses, plus what you get with RNG spawns. Might be tricky to find fast.
Pine Barrens - longer run, but 3 bosses for heart and Mogara for the eye, plus the RNG heroes.
Temple of the Three - Sentinel and often a lot of RNG bone rat/rift scourge/winged raptor heroes on the way to. Probably the most challenging run.
Broken Hills - surprisingly a lot RNG boar/harpy/rocktalon vulture heroes spawn there, can end with a Voldrak run in Smugglers Pass.
Honorable mentions: Gutworm, Primordian and bone rat bosses in Burrwitch Waterfront and Old Dump.
1st Level of Bastion of Chaos and hunt for the treasure trove that can spawn in 5 or 6(?) spots. Once you figure out those spots by memory it’s quite easy and quick to check. I go for the Bloodfiend boss near the gates everytime regardless of where the trove is but other than that I only kill heroes and the potential nemesis.
I have done that exactly 30 times today and gotten 7 hearts, 13 bloods, 2 brains, 2 eyes and a bunch of legendaries and epics and that is not even clearing the entire level.
Obvisously 30 is a very small sample size but compared to all the other methods I have tried this seems to be working best for me so far.
Almost forgot the best part: you can easily farm chipped claws along the way 
Other than what everyone else said, you can find a fair amount of Beast heroes on the way to the Guardian of Dreeg and gather some pants while you’re at it.
