Foreword:

I just wanted to see if I could use the Nightbringer weapon in a pet build. So I did :3

  • [Pet] [1.1.6.2] (g3) (c+) (sr+) BirbBringer - Pet Conjurer (Maya)

    • Damage: Pets
    • Active Skills: Summon Familiar, Summon Hellhound, Summon Briarthorn, Wind Devil, Curse of Frailty, Blood of Dreeg, Call of the Beast, Bysmiel’s Authority
    • Passive Skills: Bonds of Bysmiel, Mogdrogen’s Pact, Primal Bond, Presence of Might, Mogdrogen’s Ardor
    • WPS Skills: none

Took about 3 mins. No potions/consumables used. Kite him away from his Crates and you will be fine :yum:

I forgot to turn on Mogdrogen’s Ardor Toggle Skill :frowning:

While it can go higher, 75-76 is still more efficient for farming. No Potions/Consumables/Shrines used.

Once upon a time, in a far away land err… game, there was that saying: “All weapons are hunter weapons”.

Looks like here in Cairn, all weapons are pet build weapons. :grinning: Really like the idea.

hi, im not gonna pretend i understand pet builds but i wonder why this weapon. Is it only for the health phys res and cooldown or is there some other reason. I can’t see how this would be more efficient than running a offhand

Well,

  1. +2 to Shaman and Occultist isn’t bad.
  2. It can summon a pet-like being.
  3. It’s new and cool and dark.
  4. Because Maya can? :wink:

You’d probably find something more effective with one-handed weapon and offhand, but that’s not the point here…

Just like that, the Birbbringer gets into my Top 5 most powerful builds (top 4 to be precise).
