Birth rate drops to about 10% of expected rates, and won't recover. (Big settlement)

I’m going for a big settlement, and while building up resources and production lines, I’ve put the population limitation to use so I could get stuff done, before the FPS would drop too low to get anything done with the ever-increasing population size.

I uncapped at around year 209, which saw a sharp increase in births, as expected, but instantly tapered off, and won’t recover after this. I did a similar thing earlier in the game, where I uncapped at around year 157-159 if I remember correctly, with no issues, having the birth-rate skyrocketing, and staying up without issue.

If you could take a look at the save-game, and see if you can find the issue, and even possibly fix it, it would be greatly appreciated! I’ve linked the save-game down below.

We have reviewed your save and, as it turns out, this is not a bug.

You capped your population so long that most of the women in your settlement, well…became too old to have children.

We’ll look into maybe providing this statistic somewhere, though this is a bit of an edge case!
