The “Respected” tab has level 50 gear, while the “Honored” tab has level 40 gear. Please swap the inventories of these two tabs so that the level 40 gear does not require more standing than the level 50 gear.
On a typical playthrough with a Mandate running, you’ll get to Fort Ikon around level 40 and have Respected faction with them. At this point there is nothing you can buy except the two Friendly potions: Even though the Respected tab is unlocked, everything there requires level 50. Meanwhile, the level 40 gear is stuck behind a faction requirement you cannot possibly meet since there is no BL bounty table before now and BL faction uniquely does not rise organically…
Meanwhile, you already have Honored with Devil’s Crossing, Rovers, and Homestead, and either have it or are very close to it with Kymon’s/Vigil, so you’re able to buy every else’s level 40 faction gear immediately.
So, there’s no possible way to have enough faction for the level 40 gear at level 40. Playing naturally, you’ll get to Honored with the Legion somewhere around 50, at which point the level 40 jewelry is probably obsolete for most builds. And the level 50 gear on the Respected tab is just now unlocking as well, even though you had faction for it 10 levels ago. None of this makes sense.
If you reverse the two tab inventories, then the level 40 gear will be available at level 40 if you’re playing with a mandate, just as with all of the other factions. The level 50 gear will be available at level 50 if you’ve chosen to do a few bounties, otherwise not. This seems like the ideal state of affairs. (Obviously, keep the Writ on the Honored tab.)
